Após ter entrado em contato com a loja, o serviço pós-venda foi incrível. Buscaram a perna de pau na minha casa no mesmo dia que abri a reclamação e em menos de 3 dias o problema já estava resolvido, e eu com a perna de pau pronta para dar de presente.
Solução rápida, dentro das minhas necessidades.

My experience was great. I bought a wooden leg that unfortunately came with a cracked foot.
After contacting the store, the after-sales service was amazing. They looked for the wooden leg at my house on the same day I opened the complaint and in less than 3 days the problem was already solved, and I had the wooden leg ready to give as a gift.
Quick solution, within my needs.
I highly recommend the services provided by the store and if there is any other product that I need to buy, and that is on sale in the store, I will certainly do business again!
