★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu nome e Nivaldo fiz um seguro com está corretora porém tive um sinistro onde a compania só ficou sabendo apos eu msm abrir o sinistro por telefone meu sinistro ocorreu no dia 02/09 enviei o boletim de ocorrência na sexta feira onde era pra corretora ter feito a abertura do sinistro ela não fez no dia 8/9 de manhã mandei mensagem pra ela onde ela mi informou que já mi passaria todas as informações do sinistro as 16:40 entrei. Contato com a companhia e abri o sinistro eu msm. Perdi 22 minutos pra fazer oq ela não fez em 2 dias lamentável péssimo serviço.
My name and Nivaldo took out insurance with this broker but I had a claim where the company only found out after I msm opened the claim over the phone. My claim occurred on 9/2 I sent the police report on Friday where it was supposed to be done by the broker. the opening of the accident she didn’t do on 9/9 in the morning I sent a message to her where she informed me that she would already pass all the information about the accident at 16:40 I entered. I contacted the company and opened the claim, msm. I wasted 22 minutes to do what she didn't do in 2 days, unfortunate lousy service.
