★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço feito no Clio II 2005 que estava com a caixa de direção hidráulica vazando muito, deixei de manhã e retirei a tarde. Ficou perfeito, até uma folga que havia sumiu, direção firme e precisa. Recomendo e indico, o custo é proporcional a qualidade do serviço!
 The service done in the 2005 Clio II, which had the hydraulic steering box leaking a lot, I left in the morning and removed the afternoon. It was perfect, until a gap that had disappeared, firm and precise direction. I recommend and indicate, the cost is proportional to the quality of the service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento do Luiz e da recepcionista muito bom. Porém, me cobraram 1.300,00 na bomba d'água do motor e-torq, que vem acoplada a bomba da direção hidráulica e mais 1.200,00 pra instalar. Valores mais que absurdo já que essa peça tem custo médio de 800,00 (na Altese por exemplo) e fazendo orçamentos com outros mecânicos, consegui fazer o serviço por 350,00. Ou seja, a Faith cobrou 1.350,00 a mais. Detalhe que eles não deram a opção de trocar apenas a bomba d'água enquanto todas as outras oficinas disseram que isso ficaria sob minha escolha. Bem, depois dessa, não tenho como recomendar este local.
Service from Luiz and the receptionist very good. However, I was charged 1,300.00 for the water pump of the e-torq engine, which comes with the power steering pump and 1,200.00 more to install. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é maravilhoso, suquinho, café, água a vontade... Mesmo com a grande demanda conseguem concluir os serviços num tempo razoável. Só não dou 5 estrelas pelo pouco tempo de garantia na caixa de direção (mas é "conversável") e o preço é um pouco salgado. Mas voltaria a fazer serviços no local! Recomendo.
The service is wonderful, sweet, coffee, water at will ... Even with the great demand they manage to complete the services in a reasonable time. I just don’t give 5 stars for the short time warranty on the headset (but it’s “convertible”) and the price is a bit steep. But I would do services on the spot again! I recommend.
