 we pay more for faster delivery, they just take the money and don't meet the deadline, they are 7 days late on the goods, shameful!

Terrible service. Don't meet deadlines. The shipping information you provide to users is not true. How can a company with such poor quality of service and such disregard for the customer still remain in business?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente não sei qual o problema destas empresas de entrega que só querem realizar a entrega em estabelecimentos comerciais nos horários em que os mesmo estão fechados.
Não bastasse a demora na entrega e a desorganização do site de rastreamento. Fico indignada com o fato de o motorista não entrar em contato com o cliente para saber se este pode vir ao seu encontro receber a mercadoria, é frustrante.
Se eu pudesse escolher a transportadora pela qual viria meu produto com toda certeza não escolheria esta, infelizmente ainda tive que dar uma estrela porque o Google não permite a avaliação sem estrelas, mas por mim não daria nenhuma.
Sigo aguardando a minha encomenda que ainda está sem nova previsão de entrega.
I honestly don't know what the problem is with these delivery companies that only want to deliver to commercial establishments during the hours when they are closed.
The delay in delivery and the disorganization of the tracking site were not enough. I'm outraged that the driver doesn't get in touch with the customer to find out if he can come and receive the goods, it's frustrating.
If I could choose the carrier for which my product would come, I would definitely not choose this one, unfortunately I still had to give it a star because Google doesn't allow the evaluation without stars, but I wouldn't give any.
I'm still waiting for my order, which still has no new delivery forecast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa irresponsável, informa que tentou entregar no meu endereço às 7:30 da manhã, sendo que eu estava em casa me preparando pra trabalhar e não ouvi o interfone sequer tocar. Informaram que a entrega seria feita 2 dias depois, fiquei de molho em casa e nada. Enviei dois emails pra tentar saber a data que eles irião entregar e não se dão ao trabalho de responder. Parabéns pela irresponsabilidade!!
Irresponsible company, informs that it tried to deliver to my address at 7:30 am, as I was at home getting ready to work and I didn't even hear the intercom ring. They informed that the delivery would be made 2 days later, I was soaked at home and nothing. I sent two emails to try to find out the date they will deliver and they don't bother to reply. Congratulations on your irresponsibility!!

I really think they don't care about our complaints I made a purchase through American stores and the delivery is already late and my daughter is going to travel and because of the company's incompetence it may be going to travel without your product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei insegura ao ler aqui, mas só para dizer que entregaram certinho, no prazo de 1 dia útil e responderam o e-mail rápido quando precisei falar com eles.
Se você tentar ligar no telefone deles 4003 via celular, realmente não funcionará, precisa ligar por um telefone fixo.
I was insecure when I read here, but just to say that they delivered it right, within 1 business day and they answered the email quickly when I needed to speak with them.
If you try to call their 4003 on their cell phone it won't really work, you have to call from a landline.
