Precisei identificar a publicação de meu certificado de Segundo Grau em D.O.E., enviei um e-mail pelo site no dia 03/05 (domingo), perguntando como deveria proceder para requerer tal informação, para minha grata surpresa, no dia 06/05/2020 recebi via e-mail nada mais nada menos do que o PDF da folha do D.O.E. (publicado em 1990) com o meu nome devidamente inserido. No meu caso só tenho a agradecer à esta instituição.
I would like to thank the Caraguatatuba Teaching Police Station for their prompt service. I had to identify the publication of my Second Degree certificate in DOE, I sent an e-mail on the website on 05/03 (Sunday), asking how I should proceed to request such information, to my pleasant surprise, on 05/06/2020 I received via email nothing less than the PDF of the DOE sheet (published in 1990) with my name properly inserted. In my case I am very grateful to this institution.

The place is under renovation, but with care, security protocols were met. I was very well attended, fully competent and very polite.
