★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, se forem a esse lugar é melhor irem preparados, ou para sair sem a informação ou para arrumar encrenca pela falta de vontade deles de trabalhar, a falta de interesse pelo atendimento começa na entrada pelo segurança, até a chegada nos guichês de atendimento... Se forem trocar ... Deveria trocar o time todo .. deus me livre

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As meninas atendem super, basta você ir com a duvida certa, não adianta ir com metade das palavras, aí nem santo ajuda. Sobre o telefone, acontece que o ramal utilizado pela prefeitura acaba interferindo em qualquer ligação e por isso quando liga da ocupado. Não é má vontade de atendimento é um problema que perdura há muito tempo e eles mesmos já reclamaram mas sem solução. Enfim...
