★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento pelo telefone , fui muito bem orientada , atendente muito atenciosa com o meu caso, precisei ir até o DRE e resolveram o meu caso que era sobre vaga na escola que estavam negando para meu filho, só tenho que agradecer.
Período da tarde vazio, prestação de serviços perfeito .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento na escola é péssimo, as atendentes acham que estão nos fazendo algum favor, esse telefone da tal DRE existe mesmo? affffffff isso porque se chama Delegacia Regional de Ensino, precisam aprender muito sobre educação ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento, o atendente foi super grosso não quis nem saber a posição do meu caso , sendo que eu precisava de uma transferência com urgência tinha em mãos todas as provas para que me ajudassem no meu caso , falta de empatia ..saem de casa para trabalhar ou destilar ódio nas pessoas ????
