It was super quick and easy I got my certificate From high school enceeja 2019 hj only with my ID I had received the email saying it was ready so I ordered online. Thanks to God.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ninguém atende o telefone e não tem e-mail. Assim a instituição limita o contato do público ao atendimento presencial, que é ruim não sei se por má vontade ou por incompetência. Decepcionante. Lamentável. O pior é saber que nada será feito para melhorar.
Nobody answers the phone and they don't have an email. Thus, the institution limits public contact to face-to-face service, which is bad, I don't know if due to ill will or incompetence. Disappointing. Unfortunate. The worst thing is knowing that nothing will be done to improve it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dei entrada no processo de ter meu diploma em outubro de 2020, 8 meses se passaram e o processo não anda. Péssimo esse serviço público. Nota 0 para o atendimento que são grossos e não te ajudam. Depois de 9 meses fui saber o motivo de tanta demora, fui atrás do documento pendente e em 3 dias meu certificado com força de diploma ( acho que é isso) saiu e dessa vez fui bem atendida e consegui resolver meu problema.
I started the process of getting my diploma in October 2020, 8 months have passed and the process is not going. This public service is terrible. Note 0 for care that are thick and do not help you. After 9 months I found out the reason for such a delay, I went after the pending document and in 3 days my certificate with the power of a diploma (I think that's it) came out and this time I was well attended and I managed to solve my problem.

Ela precisa reconhecer firma para que eu possa finalizar a solicitação, mas os cartórios que as pessoas da diretoria informaram, dizem que a Sra Márcia não tem firma reconhecida lá. O que eu faço gente? Alguém pode atender o telefone do local? Vi 3 funcionários lá e o telefone sem atendimento!
I'm trying to find a coordinator named Márcia Bahia so that I can file a document called The Hague handout for my daughter. She needs to be notarized so I can finalize the application, but the registries that the people on the board informed say that Ms. Márcia does not have a notarized signature there. What do I do people? Can anyone answer the local phone? I saw 3 employees there and the phone was not answered!

I went 2 times under the guidance of Seduc RJ, headquarters, and even then it didn't solve anything. The employees don't even listen to you.
