E TENHO PROBLEMAS COM A ENTREGA! meu material não chegou, no dia 20/06/2020 fiz a compra de madeiras e telhas e o combinado não foi cumprido o prazo de entrega peço meu estorno e não fazem já falei onde tem o material para pronta entrega e ninguém atende a minha solicitação, por ultimo pediram para o responsável da fabrica que me ligasse(SEM EU TER DADO AUTORIZAÇÃO PARA PASSAR MEU Nº) e o mesmo disse que esta tendo problemas com a matéria prima que não poderia me entregar no momento.
Estou pagando a diária do meu pedreiro atoa. Pois eles chegam pra trabalhar e não tem material. Estou indignado!
Vcs precisam melhorar a logística e cumprir com o prometido. Vcs estão atrapalhando as pessoas!

I PURCHASED AT THE STORE DISENSA (CENTER OF ITAGUAÍ) located at Av. Dep. Octávio Cabral, 815 - Centro, Itaguaí - RJ, 23810-301. AND I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY! my material did not arrive, on 06/20/2020 I made the purchase of wood and tiles and the agreed upon delivery deadline I ask for my chargeback and they do not have already said where the material is for prompt delivery and nobody responds to my request , lastly they asked the person in charge of the factory to call me (WITHOUT I HAVE GIVEN AUTHORIZATION TO PASS MY NUMBER) and he said that he is having problems with the raw material that he could not deliver at the moment.
I'm paying my bricklayer's daily fee. Because they come to work and have no material. I'm outraged!
You need to improve logistics and deliver on what was promised. You are disturbing people!
Delaying my work in 1 month today 20/07/2020.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui até a loja comprar coisas para a minha obra, entrei e vi um funcionário sem máscara,pedi pra ele colocar a máscara para me atender e ele só me disse que não tinha máscara! Em meio a uma pandemia? Complicado né? Enfim ,sai de lá e comprei tudo que precisa ( pisos, argamassa ,rejunte e e outras coisas ) na TMC que fica bem próximo.
Acho que a preocupação da Disensa Itaguaí com o Coronavirus está deixando a desejar, tenho mulher e filho pequeno e não quero correr o risco de levar esse vírus pra casa e acho que um funcionário atendendo o dia inteiro sem máscara é um potencial transmissor, concorda?.

Até a data de hoje depois de três vezes tendo que ir a loja pra trocar pescoço errado de outra cor.
Depois produto de péssima qualidade tudo borrado torto visivelmente mal colocado.
E até hoje dia 12 estou aguardando a churrasqueira que era pro dia dos pais .
E de dia dos pais não teve nada .
Não recomendo a loja .
Clientes exigentes e que cobram exatamente aquilo que compraram e não aceitam menos .
Não comprem na loja .
Resumindo até hoje estou sem minha churrasqueira já faz quase um mês nessa enrolação e demora

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA, não indico ninguém comprar nessa loja, arrumei um grande problema, uma grande dor de cabeça lá e tentei resolver na loja sem sucesso, mandaram eu ir pra justiça. Eles vendem maçaranduba e entregam outra madeira. Meu orçamento de outra loja foi mudado pelo vendedor e minha lista de material veio menor, faltando assim a quantidade certa, expliquei a sacanagem que ocorreu ao gerente Jadson e o mesmo passou a mão na cabeça do vendedor. Só exigi o cancelamento da minha compra e eles se recusaram. Diminuíram as quantidades de materiais e mudaram alguns, conjunto de erros que me deixaram totalmente insatisfeita. Fui lá várias vezes solicitar o cancelamento e por telefone também, não resolveram meu problema. Foi feito tudo pra não me engananar e eu não comprar na primeira loja que fiz cotação. Só quando entregaram o material faltando telhas que e peças de madeira que foram vendidas sem ter que percebi o problema que não imaginava ser tão grande. Estou sem fazer meu telhado. Eles ficaram com meu dinheiro, mandaram tudo diferente e querem que aceite troca da madeira somente, após esse transtorno todo.
VIVENDO, SE ABORRECENDO E APRENDENDO COM ATITUDES QUE NÃO ESPERAMOS.

They kept my money, they sent everything different and they want me to accept a change in the wood only, after all this inconvenience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É sempre essa falta de noção vindo da empresa. Temos que ficar na beira da rua pra conseguir enxergar o transporte que está a vir para não perder porque direto estacionam ou colocam alguma coisa na calçada que prejudica a visão de quem está no ponto de ônibus.
