★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja que cobra 3 preços diferentes para o mesmo produto. Uma vergonha as autoridades fiscalizadoras não verem isso. Não recomendo. Não não. De lei eu entendo que trabalho na área Jurídica e dentro da lei com certeza vcs não estão, podem ter mudado em 2017 a lei que autoriza o preço diferenciado . Mas o preço tem que ser fixo e dado desconto no dinheiro e a loja tem que informar ao consumidor com a colocação de cartazes e avisos em local visível e de fácil acesso quais são os percentuais oferecidos em cada produto. Responde aí se vcs fazem isso? Se bater uma fiscalização de verdade do Procon na loja no mínimo uma multa vcs irão levar, minha indicação e meu dinheiro vcs não vão ver mas, e eu moro ao lado da loja, na Praça tem e em outras lojas próximas do bairro cobram o mesmo preço dinheiro ou cartão e ainda preços mais baratos que o praticado por vcs, atendimento rápido, não é a demora de 2 horas pra comprar um parafuso nessa loja horrível. Se vcs não ligam para o feedback do cliente quando é negativo é sinal q vcs não querem melhorar e crescer, estão fardados a falir. Era melhor nem responder a avaliação se era prabfalsr q estava na lei. Boa sorte, vão precisar.
Store that charges 3 different prices for the same product. It is a shame that the inspection authorities do not see this. I do not recommend. No, no. By law I understand that I work in the Legal area and within the law you certainly are not, in 2017 the law that authorizes the differentiated price may have changed. But the price has to be fixed and given a discount on the money and the store has to inform the consumer with the placement of posters and notices in a visible and easily accessible place which are the percentages offered in each product. Answer there if you guys do that? If a real inspection of Procon hits the store at least a fine you will get, my referral and my money you will not see but, and I live next to the store, in Praça Praça and in other stores close to the neighborhood they charge the same price cash or card and even cheaper prices than the one practiced by you guys, fast service, it is not the delay of 2 hours to buy a screw in this horrible store. If you don’t care about customer feedback when it’s negative, it’s a sign that you don’t want to improve and grow, you are in bankruptcy. It was better not even to answer the assessment if it was prabfalsr q was in the law. Good luck, you will need it.
