★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem compromisso com o cliente, fiz o pedido, me pediram 40 min de espera, já um absurdo, fechou o estabelecimento no dia e nem satisfação me deram. Dependesse deles p beber uma água, tava ferrado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peço água desse lugar já tem um tempo e já cheguei a ficar 3 horas esperando 2 galoes de água que fui informado que demoraria 40 minutos... Hoje fiz um novo pedido as 10:00 e fui informado que em uma hora chegaria, ainda perguntei se realmente ia chegar em uma hora pois 90% das vezes que pedi água deste lugar teve atraso e dessa vez não poderia ficar aguardando. Sem novidade, após 2 horas esperando e a perca do compromisso que tinha resolvi ligar para saber da água... Ao ligar falei com o rapaz que sempre atende e informei que já estava ha quase duas horas esperando e que isso era o dobro do tempo que ele me informou, o mesmo disse que o meu pedido era o próximo e que houve um "pequeno atraso" após ele me dizer isso falei que deveria prestar mais atenção com o tempo de entrega pois não são todos que tem tempo para perder esperando um prazo de entrega fictício, o atendente informou que "não concorda" (não concorda com um fato?) com o que eu disse a ele e que as entregas chegam na hora informada. Bom não é isso que o comentário do Google antes do meu esta dizendo.... Emfim perguntei ao atendente se ele era o proprietário e o mesmo informou que sim (o que piora a situação) e após me chamar de "fi" (o que pra min não tem problema, só acho que não seja forma de tratar um cliente) continuou insistindo que as entregas não tem atraso e ao ser questionado sobre me chamar de "fi" negou (ou seja eu sou mentiroso agora) dizendo que estava me chamando de Sr. o que só aconteceu após ter me chamado de "fi". Se você é uma pessoa séria e que depende de horários nunca peça água desse lugar pois agora faz 2 horas e 42 minutos que eu pedi dois galões de água que ainda não chegaram e provavelmente não vão chegar pois o dono não é profissional no que faz. Well, that's not what the Google comment before mine is saying.... Finally I asked the attendant if he was the owner and he said yes (which makes the situation worse) and after calling me "fi" (the that for me there's no problem, I just don't think it's a way to treat a customer) he continued insisting that deliveries are not late and when asked about calling me "fi" he denied it (that is, I'm a liar now) saying he was calling me Mr. which only happened after calling me "fi". If you are a serious person and who depends on time never ask for water from this place because now it's been 2 hours and 42 minutes since I asked for two gallons of water that haven't arrived yet and probably won't arrive because the owner is not professional at what he does.
