Sem ao menos justificar a demora.
Não recomendo mesmo.
Terrible service, I waited two hours and when I call to know the whereabouts of the requested water, I am informed that there can be no delivery because the establishment will already close !!!

Extremely rude employees, the water took more than 3 hours to be delivered and when I called to ask if I had already left to deliver it, the guy who answered it hung up on me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível. Totalmente sem educação. Liguei para pedir um galão de água, quando comecei a falar o endereço o rapaz encerrou a ligação na minha cara dizendo que só levava de bicicleta e que era muito longe, porem eu tinha dito o primeiro nome só da rua. SEM NOÇÃO.
Obs: a distância era de 850m de bicicleta.
Awful service. Totally uneducated. I called to ask for a gallon of water, when I started to speak the address the boy closed the call in my face saying that only took a bicycle and that was very far, but I had said the first name only from the street. NO NOTION.
Note: the distance was 850m by bicycle.
