Informei o tipo do problema no WhatsApp e chegando ao local, o técnico não achou uma solução adequada e quis fazer a famosa empurroterapia no qual deveria trocar a bateria por uma mais nova.
Rejeitei o serviço e de bom agrado quis pagar a visita, um café, etc. O técnico ligou para o dono/gerente/presidente e o mesmo sabendo que não seria feito nenhum serviço, quis cobrar um valor de serviço completo.
Bom, para completar, uma empresa das redondezas fez o serviço bem mais em conta, o técnico foi com as ferramentas necessárias, sem nenhum tipo de empurroterapia e a visita foi gratuita mesmo.
Terrible experience.
I informed the type of problem on WhatsApp and arriving at the site, the technician did not find an adequate solution and wanted to do the famous push therapy in which I had to change the battery for a newer one.
I declined the service and gladly wanted to pay for the visit, a coffee, etc. The technician called the owner/manager/president and even knowing that no service would be done, wanted to charge a full service fee.
Well, to top it all off, a nearby company made the service much cheaper, the technician provided the necessary tools, without any kind of push therapy and the visit was really free.
