★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exemplo de onde não pedir comida para não passar raiva: Hoje (19/02/17), às 12:18, realizei um pedido do Mix pelo ifood no Disk Filé, com limite de tempo de espera de 75 minutos. O problema já começou daí, visto que ao alcançar o tempo máximo, tive que ligar duas vezes para o restaurante que alegava que o meu pedido já estava a caminho, mas o mesmo chegou apenas 14:10, quase duas horas após o pedido ser realizado. Não bastasse isso, a comnida chegou completamente revirada, derramando na sacola, os depósitos amassados e um deles chegou até mesmo quebrado, como seguem as fotos no post. Isso é uma falta de respeito com o cliente, que confia sua refeição, paga caro para simplesmente passar raiva na espera e na chegada da comida. Não recomendo e não voltarei a pedir. Espero que tomem providências para que o mesmo não volte a acontecer com outros clientes.Um outro pequeno detalhe solicitei o número para enviar as fotos e simplesmente passaram um que não tem wtasapp.
Example of where not to ask for food so as not to be angry: Today (02/19/17), at 12:18 pm, I placed an order for Mix for ifood at Disk Filé, with a time limit of 75 minutes. The problem started from there, since when I reached the maximum time, I had to call the restaurant twice who claimed that my order was already on the way, but it arrived only at 14:10, almost two hours after the order was placed . As if that weren't enough, the food arrived completely overturned, spilling the crumpled deposits into the bag, and one of them arrived even broken, as shown in the photos in the post. This is a lack of respect for the customer, who trusts their meal, pays dearly for simply being angry at the wait and the arrival of the food. I don't recommend it and I won't ask again. I hope that they will take steps so that the same thing does not happen again with other customers. Another small detail I asked for the number to send the photos to and simply passed one that does not have a wtasapp.

Bad presentation of dishes, unflavored rice, salty beans and grilled chicken full of oil. There is no menu, they give you a brochure without prices for you to choose blindly.
