Pedi uma pizza tamanho família na pizaria Dnapoli e fiz apenas uma solicitação que foi simples,...'não colocar cebola em uma das metades da pizza' e para minha surpresa a pizza inteira estava sem cebola, sem pimenta e sem molho. Ao entrar em contato me ofereceram uma pizza broto 4 pedaços para que eu fosse retirar no local, porém eu não poderia ir buscar e eles simplesmente disseram que lamentava mas também não poderiam me entregar, então essa pizzaria para mim e para muitos que apreciam a excelência em tratamento com respeito não indico e nem compro mais. Não sou o primeiro a reclamar, podem ver os comentários sobre essa pizzaria e constatarão a irresponsabilidade e desrespeito com o cliente e consumidor de modo geral . Não recomendo!!!
Good night everyone, I would like to share with you customer and consumer like me the lack of respect for the customer. I ordered a family size pizza at the Dnapoli pizzeria and made just one request that was simple, ... 'don't put onion in one half of the pizza' and to my surprise the whole pizza was without onion, pepper and sauce. When I got in touch, they offered me a 4-piece sprout pizza for me to pick up on the spot, but I couldn't go and get it and they just said they were sorry but they also couldn't deliver it, so this pizzeria for me and for many who appreciate excellence in treatment with respect do not indicate nor buy more. I am not the first to complain, you can see the comments about this pizzeria and you will see the irresponsibility and disrespect for the customer and consumer in general. I do not recommend!!!

I just have to thank... Excellent pizza. We came to Piracicaba because my daughter will participate in a sieve, we had no idea what to eat and I decided to order it at D'Napoli Calderan. Wonderful pizza and very good service too. Congratulations ?
