★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profissionalismo ZERO!!! Pedimos esfirra eu minha família toda reunida com mais de 10pessoas e simplesmente demorou mais de 1h30 pra entrega. Entregamos em contato disseram que havia um problema com a massa e mais 20min entregavam. Passou os 20 min entramos em contato novamente e disseram que o frango tinha acabado por isso não haviam feito nossa entrega. Também disseram que tentaram entrar em contato, porém é mentira, pq todo tempo estava com meu celular e entramos em contato e deram outra desculpa. Por fim, eu e minha família toda ficamos com fome e todo mundo foi embora. A atendente simplesmente agradeceu e desligou o telefone. Não nos deu nenhuma opção. Falta de respeito e de profissionalismo. Péssimos!!!!!!
 ZERO professionalism!!! We ordered esfirra with my whole family together with more than 10 people and it simply took more than 1h30 for delivery. We delivered in contact they said there was a problem with the dough and another 20min delivered. After the 20 minutes we got in touch again and they said the chicken had run out so they hadn't made our delivery. They also said that they tried to get in touch, but it's a lie, because all the time I had my cell phone and we got in touch and gave another excuse. Eventually my whole family and I got hungry and everyone left. The attendant simply thanked him and hung up the phone. It didn't give us any options. Lack of respect and professionalism. Terrible!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de deixar minha satisfação com a qualidade dos produtos: recheio bem servido, e tempero saboroso; tanto nas esfihas quanto nas pizzas. Tudo bem caprichado! Chega tudo bem quentinho, acredito que a embalagem térmica ajuda bastante. Preço super justo! Desejo muito sucesso!!!
I would like to leave my satisfaction with the quality of the products: filling well served, and tasty seasoning; both in esfihas and pizzas. All right, neat! Everything arrives very warm, I believe the thermal packaging helps a lot. Super fair price! I wish much success!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre mandam sabor errado do que foi pedido e quando mando reclamando só pedem desculpa e no próximo pedido acontece a mesma coisa. Peço bacon com mussarela mandam somente mussarela, calabresa com mussarela mandam somente calabresa, e isso já aconteceu umas 4 vezes. Podia melhorar o atendimento e respeitar o pedido do cliente.

Melhor nem discutir e achar outra esfiharia

Algo que me incomodou foi os pizzaiolos não usarem touca nem nada de proteção. Barba grande e cabelo exposto! Tinha um cara que paracia entregador e tava lá fora e do nada foi lá dentro, na bancada, e começou a mexer na massa!! Sem noção! E estava na casa de uns colegas outro dia e eles pediram pizza, não sabíamos que era dessa pizzaria, o frango estava estranho, gosto esquisito e minha namorada passou mal! Os próprios conseguem afastar os clientes com essas atitudes, mas o que me incomodou muito foi não usarem touca e o cara que estava lá fora vir tacar a mão na massa!!
I bought esfihas the other day and there were pieces of bone in the chicken one! Or I don't know what it was.
Something that bothered me was the pizzaiolos not wearing a cap or anything protective. Big beard and exposed hair! There was a guy who looked like a delivery guy and he was outside and out of nowhere he went inside, on the counter, and started mixing the dough!! Clueless! And I was at some colleagues' house the other day and they ordered pizza, we didn't know it was from this pizzeria, the chicken was weird, it tasted weird and my girlfriend felt sick! They themselves manage to drive away customers with these attitudes, but what bothered me a lot was not wearing a cap and the guy who was outside came to get his hands dirty!!
