★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lucal tocou pagode e samba durante o tempo que fiquei lá. A pizza veio fria e para disfarçar, colocaram um toquinho embaixo da pizza que durou 20 segundos e apagou. A pizza e uma verdadeira massaroca, vc não consegue comer 2 pedaços, a borda da pitza vem com catupiri de verdade, mas vc TB não consegue comer mais que um pedaço da borada,. Estiver lá com uma galera que está acostumada a comer no Domino's, e por isso a péssima impressão. Os funcionários são gentis.
The local played pagode and samba during the time I was there. The pizza came cold and to disguise it, they put a little stub under the pizza that lasted 20 seconds and then went out. The pizza is a real massaroca, you can't eat 2 pieces, the edge of the pitza comes with real catupiri, but you TB can't eat more than one piece of the borada. Being there with people who are used to eating at Domino's, and so the bad impression. Staff are kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao entrar no estabelecimento, o Totem de álcool em gel estava vazio.
Infelizmente, cerveja Heineken 600ml custando 18,00 a garrafa estava QUENTE, pedi a atendente para ver uma bem gelada e a que veio QUENTE. Sinceramente pelo preço, o mínimo deveria vir bem GELADA.
Ao olhar o cardápio, pedi bolinho de bacalhau e a resposta da atendente "Não tenho", então optei por pizza de atum com palmito, a atendente disse "Não tenho o palmito", enfim ...
Na saída do banheiro feminino sem sabonete e sem papel toalha para enxugar as mãos.
Para não dizer que só foram pontos negativos, a pizza que foi pedida veio rápida.
Só espero que o proprietário entenda que cobrar caro implica num bom atendimento, onde o cliente sinta que pagar caro é sinônimo de satisfação.

When looking at the menu, I asked for a codfish cake and the attendant replied "I don't have it", so I opted for tuna pizza with hearts of palm, the attendant said "I don't have the hearts of palm", anyway...
When leaving the women's bathroom, no soap and no paper towels to dry your hands.
Not to say that there were only negative points, the pizza that was ordered came quickly.
I just hope the owner understands that charging dearly implies good service, where the customer feels that paying dearly is synonymous with satisfaction.
