★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja mostrou total desrespeito pelos seus clientes, visto que não trabalha mais com determinada marca e nem se quer avisou previamente aos mesmos para que que seus estoques fossem devidamente abastecidos. Além disso, substituíram a matéria prima por uma de qualidade inferior, cobrando o mesmo preço. Prejudicaram toda a minha produção em pleno período festivo. Não posso mais oferecer meus produtos com qualidade de antes. Recebi diversas reclamações dos meus clientes. Uma total decepção!
 The store showed total disrespect for its customers, as it no longer works with a certain brand and does not even notify them in advance so that their stocks were properly stocked. In addition, they replaced the raw material with one of lower quality, charging the same price. They damaged my entire production in the middle of the festive period. I can no longer offer my products with the quality of before. I received several complaints from my customers. A total disappointment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja possui várias opções para confeitaria, porém não é organizada, alguns produtos como formas descartáveis por exemplo, no dia que eu fui só havia apenas o tamanho pequeno. O atendimento é cordial, porém como as atendentes acabam fazendo outras funções além da cobrança, é bem demorado.
The store has several options for confectionery, but is not organized, some products such as disposable shapes for example, the day I went there was only the small size. The service is cordial, but as the attendants end up doing other functions besides billing, it is quite time consuming.

Acredito que estejam fechados, pq se o telefone estiver funcionando,
ou eles estão Surdos ou aparelho com defeito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi para meu esposo comprar um chocolate de cobertura. Deixe bem claro pra ele, de qual chocolate eu precisava. Ele perguntou 3 vezes pro atende se era o chocolate certo. Por fim entregaram o chocolate errado. Na correria abri o pacote de 10kg confiei no que foi entregue. Veio errado. Então fui na loja. Pra ter uma solução. Sai de lá sem solução e como culpada. Enfim não da pra confiar.
I asked my husband to buy a chocolate topping. Make it clear to him what chocolate I needed. He asked the attendant 3 times if it was the right chocolate. Finally they delivered the wrong chocolate. In the rush I opened the 10kg package and trusted what was delivered. It came wrong. So I went to the store. To have a solution. Get out of there without a solution and as guilty. Anyway, you can't trust.
