★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma peça no qual o meu mecânico na hora de instalar ela no motor (cabeçote) se recusou devido a marca da peça, diz que várias vezes que montou, teve problemas com esta marca.
Pedi para trocar por outra marca, eles não conseguiram nenhuma marca das recomendadas, foi então que pedi a devolução do valor pago.... Pasmem, eles dizem que devido ser compra no balcão só podem fazer um vale crédito... Perderam a oportunidade de fidelizar um cliente.

Muito diferente das outras que frequentei em SP e SJC.
