★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu dei uma estrela! poderia dar mais, com base na satisfação, bom atendimento e qualidade no mês 5 de 2018 na época que comprei várias embalagens para os meus dois chás de bebê! Hoje fui até a loja porque achei que estivesse aberta, mas estava fechada, até aí eu entendo!!!!! Com base no senário atual, estão certíssimos, porém tem comércio que estão limitando a entrada das pessoas, ou estão colocando uma mesa e fazendo os pedidos com as devidas precauções do lado de fora dos estabelecimentos, porém, o problema não é esse. Meu filho faz 2 anos amanhã, vou fazer um bolinho para os que estão dentro de casa para celebrar os dois anos dele, deixei as embalagens para comprar na Eclipse pela qualidade, preço e atendimento, mas hoje quando fui até lá estavam com uma porta aberta, o rapaz foi mal educada dizendo que os pedidos serião feitos todos pelo whatsapp, e se acharem viável o meu pedido eles fariam a entrega, eu saí de lá arrasada me sentindo um nada, acho que sairia melhor se a loja estivesse fechada, porque quando abrisse com certeza eu voltaria com a alegria de comprar naquele lugar, agora depois dessa disfeita não volto nunca mais.

Based on the current scenario, they are very sure, but there are businesses that are limiting the entry of people, or are placing a table and placing orders with due precautions outside the establishments, however, this is not the problem. My son turns 2 tomorrow, I will make a cupcake for those who are inside the house to celebrate his two years, I left the packaging to buy at Eclipse for the quality, price and service, but today when I went there they had an open door , the boy was rude saying that the orders will all be made via whatsapp, and if they think my order is viable they would make the delivery, I left there devastated feeling like nothing, I think it would be better if the store was closed, because when open it for sure I would come back with the joy of buying in that place, now after this dissolve I will never come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recebi um péssimo atendimento, entrei em contato para efetuar uma compra, perguntei se entregavam e disseram que não, até aí tudo bem, nem todos os estabelecimentos contam com entregas, porém perguntei se aceitavam pagamento por transferência PIX e pediria para outra pessoa retirar e nunca mais me responderam, me deixaram falando sozinha, não recomendo, comprei em outro lugar e entregaram bem rápido.
I received a bad service, I got in touch to make a purchase, I asked if they would deliver and they said no, so far so good, not all establishments have deliveries, but I asked if they accepted payment by PIX transfer and would ask someone else to withdraw and never but they answered me, left me talking to myself, I don't recommend it, I bought it elsewhere and they delivered it very quickly.
