★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja completa, diversas marcas e modelos. Atendimento muito bom para uma loja de atacado. Mas o público em geral bagunça muito, espalham os sapatos para tirar foto, deixam jogados em qualquer lugar, furam a fila.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei um pouco apertado o espaço para circulação de pessoas dentro da loja, também precisa de um ambiente estruturado (sala de espera) para as pessoas que estão apenas dirigindo e/ou acompanhando os clientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os calçados são ótimos, todavia, não dão o atendimento que toda distribuidora, que depende de seus clientes para seguir com o bom negócio, deve dar. O retorno é demorado, a reserva dos calçados então nem se fala. a demora é grande para responderem via Whatsapp, as tabelas de preços não contém todos os calçados de uma marca que a distribuidora estoca, alguns calçados estão com um valor muito acima e dessa forma fica difícil para revenda. Os calçados são ótimos, na minha opinião só precisa melhorar o atendimento ao cliente pessoalmente e virtualmente, assim como a atualização de suas tabelas de preços e calçados.
The shoes are great, however, they do not give the service that every distributor, which depends on its customers to continue with the good business, should give. The return is delayed, the reservation of the shoes is not even mentioned. the delay is long to respond via Whatsapp, the price lists do not contain all the shoes of a brand that the distributor stocks, some shoes have a value much higher and thus it is difficult for resale.
