★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se pudesse não dava nenhuma estrela. Fui na loja fiz um pagamento com pix ,mostrei o comprovante e a funcionária não deixou eu sair com os produtos porque na máquina não saiu a via. Por várias vezes disse que o valor tinha debitado e ela disse que o valor seria estornado pra mim, sendo que não aconteceu. Ela me orientou a ir embora deixar as coisas pois o valor não tinha sido pago no sistema. Depois de muito insistir ela ligou para a chefe dela que finalmente comprovou que eu paguei. Fiquei em torno de 20 minutos no estabelecimento para resolver essa situação. Não confiam no cliente, infelizmente.
If I could I wouldn't give any stars. I went to the store, made a payment with pix, showed the receipt and the employee didn't let me go out with the products because the machine didn't go out. Several times I said that the amount had been debited and she said that the amount would be refunded to me, and it didn't happen. She told me to leave and leave my things because the amount had not been paid into the system. After much insistence she called her boss who finally confirmed that I paid. I spent around 20 minutes at the establishment to resolve this situation. They don't trust the customer, unfortunately.
