★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estávamos comprando água deste local por ser um estabelecimento com o horário estendido , porem ontem ao pedir um galão de água fui informada quê o caminhão tinha saído e logo retornaria com os galões , fique da 12 as 17 esperando a entrega , liguei pra saber como estava o pedido e o caminhão ainda não havia retornado sendo assim tive que cancelar por compromisso , hoje novamente pedimos a água , ligamos pra ver quanto tempo ia demorar pois tínhamos compromisso, além da falta de educação no telefone da funcionaria , ainda meu esposo teve que ouvir a seguinte frase .... Se não tivesse cancelado ontem a água já estava na sua casa ! Sendo assim perderam um cliente pela falta de educação e falta que compromisso com horários determinados .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem a água em galão mais cara da região, enquanto a maioria cobra 5,00 pra retirar e 6,00 pra entregar, me cobraram 8,00 pra retirar e 10 pra entregar... Não é por 3 reais, mas por uma diferença de 60%!!!!!
Além disso a Proprietária é mal educada, arrogante e prepotente. Fui comprar 2 galões com vencimento em novembro de 2022 e queria me entregar dois galões com vencimento em janeiro de 2022, alegando que eles não trabalham com os meses, só com ano. Aí peguei um galão com vencimento em janeiro de 2021 e ela não quis aceitar, pq aí sim venceu no mês de janeiro e não no ano....

Porém, os donos são muito mal educados, parece que são uma família. O pai e o filho mal comprimenta o cliente, fica os dois com cara de bravo, caso queira sacola pra levar a mercadoria vc precisa pedir. Fora que vendem a coca cola próximo do vencimento da validade, sendo que o certo seria avisar o cliente. Enfim, lugar limpo e organizado, mas os donos sem nenhum pingo de educação e cordialidade com os clientes. Eu passo longe agora
