Mas o atendimento por telefone/whatsapp para entrega, é péssimo! Nem deveria existir. A pessoa que atende por whatsapp é totalmente desqualificada, responde se quiser, quando quer. As vezes mando mensagem e nem respondem. As vezes responde que não está entregando... Não entendo como pode ter dias que não entregam. O problema é a demora para responder e o total descaso com o cliente. O atendimento presencial, é ótimo, não tenho do que reclamar. Mas a pessoa que atende o whatsapp é péssima!
The face-to-face service is great!
But the phone / whatsapp service for delivery is terrible! Nor should there be. The person who answers by whatsapp is totally disqualified, responds if he wants, when he wants. Sometimes I send a message and don't even respond. Sometimes he replies that he is not delivering ... I do not understand how there can be days that do not deliver. The problem is the delay in responding and the total neglect with the customer. The face-to-face service is great, I have nothing to complain about. But the person who answers whatsapp is terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, sempre comprei água neste estabelecimento. Porém hoje ao buscar um novo galão, a funcionária me disse que não poderia trocar porque estava vencido. Mas eu comprei o galão lá na semana passada, então quer dizer que eles me venderam produto vencido?
Totalmente indignada com a má fé deles, nos obrigando a comprar um galão novo.
Poor service, I always bought water at this establishment. But today when I was looking for a new gallon, the employee told me that I couldn't change it because it was expired. But I bought the gallon there last week, so you mean they sold me expired product?
Totally outraged at their bad faith, forcing us to buy a new gallon.
