Infelizmente hoje 23/08 minha esposa estava aguardando a entrega e o celular ficou na parte de cima da casa, enquanto ela trocava minha filha e eu estava fora. Detalhe: meu sogro é inválido e minha esposa estava sozinha com minha filha de dois anos.
A nossa casa está com problema na campainha, por isso sempre ficamos de olho no portão.
Minha esposa recebeu esse tipo de resposta:
''Peço que você aguarde em frente a casa pois sai caro para nós tentar entregar e não conseguir''.
Gostamos muito da Somos água, mas infelizmente hoje ocorreu esta pequena falha no atendimento.
Fica como sugestão, implementar treinamento na resposta aos clientes, pois você pedir para uma mulher com uma criança de 2 anos e um idoso inválido para esperar na frente do portão da casa, pois sai caro entregar, não é realmente um tipo de coisa que se diga ao cliente.
My family and I always buy water from Somos Água. Unfortunately today 23/08 my wife was awaiting delivery and the cell phone was on the top of the house while she changed my daughter and I was out. Detail: my father-in-law is disabled and my wife was alone with my two-year-old daughter.
Our house has a problem with the bell, so we always keep an eye on the gate.
My wife got this kind of response:
''I ask you to wait in front of the house because it is expensive for us to try to deliver and not be able to''.
We are very fond of Somos Água, but unfortunately today this small service failure occurred.
It is a suggestion to implement training in customer response, as you ask a woman with a 2-year-old child and an invalid elderly person to wait in front of the gate of the house, as it is expensive to deliver, it is not really a kind of thing that tell the customer.
