Fiquei quase 10min no telefone pra atendente dizer que houve um problema na nota, mas não explicou qual. Se eu não entro em contato, não sei como faria pra receber os livros. Agora terei que esperar mais 08 dias. Péssima experiência.
So far, my experience has been negative. The delivery deadline has passed and the company does not lend itself to contacting you for an after-sales service. I spent almost 10 minutes on the phone for the attendant to say that there was a problem with the bill, but she didn't explain which one. If I don't get in touch, I don't know how to get the books. Now I will have to wait another 08 days. Bad experience.

Entrei em contato pra saber o que aconteceu, e mesmo assim não tive muitas resposta, logo depois da espera entrei em contato e ninguém responde no zap, tentei liga e ninguém atende. E ainda não tive informações do meu livro e continuo aguardando foi a primeira vez que comprei e está sendo uma péssima compra.
