Their roasts are great and the very friendly service just doesn't get 5 stars because there are days when waiting to be served is a little time-consuming

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uns dois fins de semana atrás peguei novamente frango lá no Aguiar e falei que não iria mais pegar pois a última vez estava péssimo….e para ajudar o frango estava todo torrado assado demais muito duro e sem sabor … infelizmente não melhorou nada… uma pena ??♀️
A couple of weekends ago I caught chicken again in Aguiar and I said I wouldn't take it anymore because the last time was terrible….and to help the chicken was all roasted too roasted, very hard and without flavor… unfortunately it didn't improve at all… a pity ??♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar (espaço físico), deixa um pouco a desejar, todavia, faz o melhor frango assado da cidade.
The place (physical space) leaves a little to be desired, however, it makes the best roast chicken in town.

Excellent products, the roasted chicken stands out for its seasoning. Mayonnaise also very tasty, like grandma's mayonnaise. I always recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pena que não tem 0 estrelas... Me sentindo com muita raiva pelo que fizerem, pelo descaso... Pedimos as 13h, falaram 40 minutos pra entregar... As 14h10 ligamos e falaram que já havia saído pra entrega, não chegou... Ligamos novamente não atenderem, fui até o local e estava fechado... Nunca vi um descaso tão grande com cliente. Pior ainda é o sentimento de não poder fazer nada.. tive que pegar comida em outro lugar minha filha de 2 anos esperando com fome... Nunca mais na vida
Too bad it doesn't have 0 stars ... Feeling very angry for what they do, for the neglect ... We asked for 13h, spoke 40 minutes to deliver ... At 2:10 pm we called and said that it had already left for delivery, it didn't arrive. .. We called again not being answered, I went to the place and it was closed ... I have never seen such a great neglect with the client. Even worse is the feeling of not being able to do anything .. I had to get food elsewhere my 2 year old daughter waiting hungry ... Never again in my life

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei sobrecoxa recheada com bacon, porém ao chegar em casa, vimos que mandaram a sem recheio, já havia acontecido antes e mesmo assim, comprei novamente e novamente aconteceu. Entrei em contato via telefone, pois moro longe do estabelecimento, na tentativa de que mandassem um motoboy para trocar a sobrecoxa, mas já havia acabado a com recheio.
Me ressarciram, mas fiquei decepcionado, queríamos mto comer com recheio. Não sei se irei comprar novamente. Uma pena.
I bought a thigh stuffed with bacon, but when I got home, we saw that they sent it without stuffing, it had happened before and even so, I bought it again and it happened again. I got in touch via phone, as I live far from the establishment, in an attempt to get a courier to change the thigh, but I had already finished the stuffing.
They reimbursed me, but I was disappointed, we really wanted to eat with stuffing. I don't know if I will buy again. A feather.
