Funcionários com má vontade para trabalhar e atender aos motoristas que permanecem horas, sem qualquer tipo de estrutura para essa interminável espera. Apenas um banheiro. Demos entrada na empresa às 21:25hs, e no registro colocaram como se tivéssemos chegado às 23:45hs. Saímos às 03:35hs. Ressalto que a coleta estava prevista para às 22:00h. Mais um detalhe importante que mostra o descaso com as pessoas, é a espera do carregamento, pois todos os funcionários da empresa que trabalham no turno da noite param para jantar ao mesmo tempo à 01:00h. Recepção dos motoristas, emissão de notas fiscais, pesagem dos caminhões e o carregamento propriamente dito. Se estiver carregando os produtos no seu caminhão, simplesmente param e somente às 02:00hs é que retomam os trabalhos. Uma verdadeira falta de humanidade, profissionalismo e respeito para com os parceiros transportadores! Revejam seus processos, sua logística e o treinamento dos seus funcionários! URGENTE!!!
Bad experience! Archaic company, in dealing with partners that transport its products. Employees unwilling to work and attend to drivers who stay for hours, without any kind of structure for this endless wait. Just a bathroom. We entered the company at 9:25 pm, and in the register they put it as if we had arrived at 11:45 pm. We left at 03: 35hs. I emphasize that the collection was scheduled for 22:00. Another important detail that shows disregard for people, is the waiting for loading, as all company employees who work the night shift stop for dinner at 1:00 am at the same time. Reception of drivers, issuance of invoices, weighing of trucks and loading itself. If you are loading the products in your truck, they simply stop and only at 2:00 am do they resume work. A real lack of humanity, professionalism and respect for the transport partners! Review your processes, your logistics and the training of your employees! URGENT!!!
