★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo! Total descaso com o cliente. Coletou a impressora e devolveu sem a bandeja de papel. Passei duas semanas ligando para o sr. Israel pedindo para mandar deixar a bandeja, que me prometeu todas as vezes que ia mandar e nada. Tive que ir pegar por conta própria. Nunca mais mando nada e nem indico a Distrijet.
 Would not recommend! Total disregard for the customer. He picked up the printer and returned it without the paper tray. I spent two weeks calling mr. Israel, asking me to leave the tray, who promised me every time I would send it and nothing. I had to go get it on my own. I never send anything again and I do not even tell Distrijet.

Acabei de ligar e após eu falar que tem um tempo que minha impressora está parada, o atendente disso logo de cara, "vixiiiii isso é bucho". Simplesmente agradeci e desliguei. Mostrou uma total falta de atenção com um cliente em potencial. NÃO RECOMENDO A DISTRIJET PARA NINGUÉM.
I will disagree with all the comments to this company already made. I just called and after I said that there is a time when my printer is stopped, the attendant of this soon to face, "vixiiiii this is cheesy". I simply thanked and hung up. It showed a total lack of attention with a potential customer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DISTRIJET TO ANYONE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui super mal atendido na loja! Praticamente expulso. Se supostamente fecham pro horário de almoço, sinalizem na porta ou algo do tipo. Não esperem que o cliente adivinhem e tratem com grosseria!
I was very poorly attended in the store! Practically expelled. If they're supposed to close for lunch, sign on the door or something. Do not expect the customer to guess and treat rudely!

Vão lhe passar um orçamento, e na hora da entrega do seu computador,vão dizer que fizeram outros serviços e vão lhe cobrar um valor maior,sem sequer alinharem com vocês antes para saber se você pode arcar ou quer que eles façam o serviço. Ainda vão dificultar a forma para realizar o pagamento,ameaçando desfazer o serviço se você não pagar.
Resumindo,procurem outro lugar para vocês evitarem dor de cabeça!
