★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente eu não tive uma boa experiência neste salão. Fui fazer um corte long bob num cabelo comprido e sai com um corte sem definição, totalmente curto e torto.
Após o corte o salão entrou em contato comigo, mas infelizmente já era tarde pq não dava mais para consertar o erro.
O pior foi desembolsar o valor do corte pelo serviço mal feito. Complicado!
Agora os serviços de manicure e pedicure são ótimos, indico.
 Unfortunately I did not have a good experience at this salon. I went to do a long bob cut in a long hair and it comes out with a cut without definition, totally short and crooked.
After the cut, the salon contacted me, but unfortunately it was too late because I couldn't fix the error anymore.
The worst was to pay the cut for the poorly done service. Complicated!
Now the manicure and pedicure services are great, I suggest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente, correm deste lugar. As recepcionistas são super mal educadas, não cumprimentam o cliente, não oferecem uma água. Além disso, fiz a unha no local e ficou horrível!
People, run from this place. The receptionists are super rude, they don't greet the customer, they don't offer water. Also, I did the nail on the spot and it was horrible!

Depois a manicure tirou bifes da minha mão e acreditem se quiser a moça que fez o meu pé machucou a minha cutícula com a espátula . Serviço horrível! Não recomendo a ninguém

Eu e uma amiga fomos até o local para fazer unha juntas, houve atraso e quando questionado, disseram "espere vagar uma manicure", fora o trabalho totalmente mal feito, esmalte de outra semana aparecendo pq era mais escuro, esmalte embaixo das unhas, minha cutícula foi empurrada a seco, diversas sangraram por mais que eu tivesse reclamando da dor, cutículas estão picotadas, minha amiga pediu para que não tirassem tamanho das unhas e lixaram até chegar na ponta do dedo ... Infelizmente é um lugar que não indicamos.
Totally unpleasant experience. A friend and I went to the place to do the nails together, there was a delay and when asked, they said "wait for a manicure", besides the work totally sloppy, nail polish from another week showing because it was darker, nail polish under the nails, my cuticle was pushed dry, several bled even though I was complaining about the pain, cuticles are pricked, my friend asked them not to take the size of their nails and filed them until they reached the tip of the finger... Unfortunately, this is a place that we do not recommend.
