★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Insatisfação total! Profissionais totalmente mal informados, só ligam pro cliente quando é do interesse deles, as informações dadas são totalmente pela metade, você só fica sabendo das informações do seu interesse as prestações. Não recomendo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não consigo contato a mais de 3 dias, ninguém atende o telefone! Me enviaram o boleto com valor bem acima, já passei e-mail para o relacionamento e enviei SMS a uma semana, não tive resposta.
I can't contact for more than 3 days, nobody answers the phone! They sent me the ticket with a value well above, I already sent an e-mail to the relationship and sent an SMS a week ago, I had no answer.

Contratei um plano de saúde de acordo com as informações repassadas pela DIVICOM e quando entrei em contato com o plano de saúde me informaram que as informações não procediam. Nisso cancelei meu plano de saúde antigo de mais de 4 anos com todas as carências cumpridas e fiquei sem coberturas importantes. Ao entrar em contato com a DIVICOM cobrando aquilo que foi prometido (isenção de carência devido a portabilidade) me informaram que não poderiam estar fazendo nada e que era para eu sair do plano (aí ficaria sem plano de saúde). Inclusive estou entrando no juizado especial cível para acionar essa empresa irresponsável.
Terrible attendance. I hired a health plan according to the information provided by DIVICOM and when I contacted the health plan, they informed me that the information was not valid. In this I canceled my old health plan of more than 4 years with all the needs met and I was left without important coverage. Upon contacting DIVICOM charging what was promised (exemption from grace due to portability) they informed me that they could not be doing anything and that I was supposed to leave the plan (then I would be without health insurance). I'm even entering the special civil court to sue this irresponsible company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa ! Demoram dois meses p ativar meu plano (exigem pagamento no primeiro dia mas demoram 2 meses p liberar) . E não te avisam q ele cancela se não pagar um MES.mesmo vc querendo pagar eles não estão nem aí . Em que planeta vocês acham certo somente um mês de atraso canelar um plano? NUNCA NEM ME LIGARAM PRA AVISAR QUE CANCELARAM MEU PLANO . Nem pra situação que estamos financeira e de saúde. SÃO IRRESPONSÁVEIS E CRETINOS !
Bad company! It takes two months to activate my plan (requires payment on the first day but it takes 2 months to release). And they don't warn you that he cancels if you don't pay a MONTH. Even if you want to pay, they don't care. On what planet do you think it is only a month late to cancel a plan? NEVER NEVER CALLED ME TO WARN THAT THEY CANCELED MY PLAN. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa! Nunca manda o boleto no dia certo, sempre mandam atrasado, aí quando preciso usar o plano de saúde não posso porque não está pago. Tento entrar em contato, e nenhum dos telefones funcionam, e-mail ninguém responde.
Bad company! They never send the bill on the right day, they always send it late, then when I need to use the health plan I can't because it's not paid. I try to get in touch, and none of the phones work, e-mail no one responds.
