★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma péssima experiencia no último sábado: fui pessoalmente ao local por volta das 09:00 e fiz uma pequena encomenda de 02 itens para as 10:00. Ao regressar a fila de atendimento estava na calçada e então perguntei ao caixa se ela podia pegar meu pacote, ao que ela respondeu que eu deveria me dirigir a fila. Como assim? Pra que serve encomendar? Fui embora sem minhas carnes e tive que improvisar algo para o almoço. Mais tarde regressei e pedi para falar com a responsavel pelo estabelecimento e ela apenas me disse, com muita frieza e sem nenhuma empatia , que esse era o procedimento, que não podia me passar na frente dos demais. Ora, eu não estava passando na frente de ninguém , até porque eu já havia passado por lá antes de todas aquelas pessoas da fila. Lamentável a falta de respeito dessas atendentes que trabalham lá.
I had a very bad experience last Saturday: I personally went to the place around 09:00 and placed a small order for 02 items for 10:00. On my way back the service line was on the sidewalk and so I asked the cashier if she could pick up my package, to which she replied that I should go to the line. Like this? What's the use of ordering? I left without my meats and had to improvise something for lunch. Later I returned and asked to speak with the person in charge of the establishment and she just told me, very coldly and without any empathy, that this was the procedure, that I could not pass myself in front of the others. Well, I wasn't passing in front of anyone, even because I had already passed by there before all those people in the queue. Regrettable the lack of respect of these attendants who work there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz compras algumas vezes e gosto das carnes, hoje sábado dia 23/04/2022 fiz pela primeira vez encomenda de algo, um fraco assado e dois potes de torresmo ambos estavam uma delícia, porém para minha surpresa não fui bem atendido. Demora em me direcionarem internamente e ninguém para atender na máquina de frangos. Precisei pedir a caixa que mandasse o pessoal que estava no corredor me olhando me atender. Tive a impressão que os donos não estavam presentes....Melhor observarem de perto, pois isso pode acontecer com mais pessoas e prejudicar a imagem de uma casa muito conceituada.
I shopped a few times and I like the meats, today Saturday 23/04/2022 I ordered something for the first time, a weak roast and two pots of crackling both were delicious, but to my surprise I was not well attended. Comprei um pedaço de panceta e 2 dias depois fui assar ela estava com cheiro forte e grudando, joguei fora, o contra filé Angus, estava bonito e embalado Apesar da data de fabricação, não havia data de validade, normalmente na parte de trás deve vir a validade. O Contra file estava bom, mas com a ressalva da falta de validade.

As carnes são bem limpas e os valores são os habituais de mercado. Tem outros itens na loja, como coisas para churrasco e também alguns itens de mercado. As carnes são extremamente macias e embaladas a vácuo. O atendimento é diferenciado.
Well assembled place with meats well prepared by the professionals who work there. It always aims to provide the best for the customer. The meats are very clean and the prices are the usual market prices. There are other items in the shop like BBQ stuff and also some market items. The meats are extremely tender and vacuum packed. The service is differentiated.
