Poor service, they close the entrance without the house being full. First time I've seen a bar refuse a customer. I do not recommend.

Minha amiga fez reserva para poder comemorar uma vitória dela, os convidados chegando no local foram recebidos que não teria como entrar por esta "cheio", mesmo ela ter feito a reserva. Decepcionada!!
Disorganized place, without commitment to the customer, there is no stock of drinks to serve the public. Ontem tiver a PIOR EXPERIÊNCIA da minha vida! Um dia que era pra ser de comemoração a uma vitória tão grande, um dia tão especial, foi arruinado pela DESORGANIZAÇÃO e falta de RESPEITO com o cliente por parte da casa. O meu descontentamento já iniciou quando fui fazer a reserva, estava tentando fazer a reserva desde o dia 05/04, segunda feira, quando finalmente consegui resposta por parte da empresa, na quinta feira, fiz a minha reserva. Informei que iriam mais de 20 convidados. Me responderam que estava tudo ok, e ficou por isso. As 20h meus convidados começaram a chegar, as 20h 30 min, começaram a barrar os convidados, informando que o motivo seria que “a casa estava cheia”, porém visivelmente a casa não estava cheia, e além do mais eu tinha feito RESERVA, tinha informado o número de convidados. Quando eu fui fazer a reclamação ao “gerente” do estabelecimento, ele simplesmente disse que não podia fazer nada, que a casa estava cheia e a cerveja tinha acabado! Sim, a cerveja do local tinha acabado ?, antes das 21h, e que eles não podiam resolver o problema. Enfim, tive que levar meus convidados para outro estabelecimento, em cima da hora, alguns não puderam ir, passei pelo constrangimento de tentar resolver a situação. E a casa simplesmente, não pôde fazer nada! Péssimo estabelecimento, não indico a ninguém, e tenho certeza que nenhum dos meus convidados irão voltar ao local.”

When I went to complain to the “manager” of the establishment, he simply said that there was nothing he could do, that the house was full and the beer was out! Anyway, I had to take my guests to another establishment, at the last minute, some couldn't go, I went through the embarrassment of trying to solve the situation. And the house just couldn't do anything! Terrible establishment, I don't recommend it to anyone, and I'm sure none of my guests will return to the place.”
