★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demora demais no ala carte. Quantidade de acompanhamento deixou a desejar... Pedi para separar o feijão e veio tudo misturado. Tive que esperar mais ainda pela troca... Pedi para vir frango e veio carne bovina. E no final ainda cobraram tudo errado. Nunca mais volto!
 It takes too long in the ala carte. Amount of accompaniment left to be desired ... I asked to separate the beans and it came all mixed. I had to wait even longer for the exchange ... I asked to come chicken and came beef. And in the end they still charged everything wrong. I'll never be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa noite, estive almoçando hoje 9/03 aí no Divino Fogão Anchieta e fiquei decepcionado ao temperar minha salada com um azeite GALO EXTRA VIRGEM, o Azeite estava mais claro que óleo de Soja. Chamei uma moça e despejei em um prato vazio o GALO e um ANDORINHA que também estava lá, a diferença era GRITANTE, mas como conheço MUITO BEM esses azeites duvido até que o ANDORINHA fosse original devido a coloração. Sabemos que donos de restaurantes CHINFRIM enchendo vidros de Azeites extra virgem com azeites baratos tipo 70% Soja, Agora Até uma renomada rede como a DIVINO FOGÃO fazer isso? Fiquei decepcionado. Resposta da moça que me atendeu: "Eu não sei, nós tiramos da Caixa os azeites e colocamos no buffet". Triste Isso !!!
Recebi retorno da Empresa Divino Fogão após minha postagem.....
Já retornei a mesma loja do Extra Anchieta após o ocorrido umas 4 vezes e em todas verifiquei OS AZEITES e percebi que o problema foi sanado. Continuarei almoçando lá algumas vezes e continuarei verificando. Obrigado pelo atenção da Empresa em questão.
Good evening, I was having lunch today on March 9th in the Divine Cooker Anchieta and I was disappointed to season my salad with an extra virgin GALO oil, Olive Oil was lighter than Soybean oil. I called a girl and dumped on an empty plate the ROOSTER and a SWALLOW who was also there, the difference was GREAT, but as I know VERY well these oils I doubt until the ANDORINHA was original due to coloration. We know that CHINFRIM restaurant owners filling extra virgin olive oil glasses with cheap 70% soybeans, now up to a renowned network like the DIVINE COOKER do it? I was disappointed. Answer from the girl who answered me: "I do not know, we took the Olive oil out of the Box and put it on the buffet". Sad That !!!
I received return from the Divine Cooker Company after my post .....
I already returned the same store of the Extra Anchieta after the happened some 4 times and in all I verified the OLIVE OILS and realized that the problem has been healed. I will continue lunch there a few times and continue to check. Thanks for the attention of the Company in question.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência! Estávamos em 08 pessoas, a comida demorou mais de 40 min para chegar...chegando os pratos de 1 em 1. Quando faltavam os pratos de 2 pessoas e questionamos a demora, ouvimos "o cozinheiro nem queria fazer a comida de vocês, porque ele só sabe reclamar". Depois de muito esperar, quem parecia ser a gerente, veio avisar que os próximos pratos realmente ainda iriam demorar mais. Enfim....não gostamos.
Terrible experience! We were in 08 people, the food took over 40 min to arrive ... arriving the 1 in 1 dishes. When the 2 person dishes were missing and we questioned the delay, we heard "the cook did not even want to make your food because he only knows how to complain. " After much waiting, whoever seemed to be the manager, came to warn us that the next dishes really would still take longer. Anyway .... we do not like it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabei de fazer um pedido no iffod, e dentro do prato no meio da comida um pedaço de vidro, passei mais de 3 horas conversando com um indivíduo responsável pelo lugar pra fala sobre oque aconteceu e a pessoa desconfiada que a gente colocou o vidro na comida.
I just placed an iffod order, and inside the plate in the middle of the food a piece of glass, I spent more than 3 hours talking to an individual responsible for the place to talk about what happened and the suspicious person that we put the glass in the food .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui tratado com discriminação e ignorância pela gerente. Na semana passada peguei o buffet a vontade na Marmitex por R$28,90 e não foi me cobrado a embalagem na ocasião. Hoje dia 23/09/2021 as 20:00hr a gerente com tamanha ignorância me cobrou R$3,00 da embalagem de alumínio, apos eu ter me servido. Quando a indaguei o porque de estar sendo cobrada a embalagem ela informou que estava estipulado no banner, porém como podem ver na foto Não existe essa informação. Senti me lesado e constrangido. Gostaria de pedir aos responsáveis legais a atenção na forma como atendem o cliente e em como divulgam em banner seus produtos. Uma vergonha Divino fogão melhorem!
I was treated with discrimination and ignorance by the manager. Last week I took the buffet at will at Marmitex for R$28.90 and I was not charged for the package at the time. Today, 23/09/2021 at 20:00hrs, the manager, with such ignorance, charged me R$3.00 for the aluminum packaging, after I had served myself. When I asked her why the packaging was being charged, she informed that it was stipulated in the banner, but as you can see in the photo This information does not exist. I felt aggrieved and embarrassed. I would like to ask the legal guardians to pay attention to the way they serve the customer and how they advertise their products in banners. A shame Divine stove gets better!
