Conversei antes com a veterinária pedindo para terem mais cuidado com ela, porque tinha passado por uma cirurgia recente; avisei que não precisava fazer tosa higiênica, que não precisava desembolar o pelo e pedi muito para terem cuidado para não machucar uma verruga que ela tem nas costas. Recebi minha cadelinha com o focinho e as orelhas machucadas, a verruga sangrando e quase decepada. Além disso, ainda me cobraram um valor maior do que acordado, sendo que ninguém sabe me explicar o porquê. Por tudo isso, gostaria de sugerir a troca do nome do estabelecimento de Divino Pet para Pet in Hell, bem mais adequado.
I sent my little dog, elderly, to bathe. I talked to the vet before asking to be more careful with her, because she had recently undergone surgery; I told him that I didn't need to do a hygienic grooming, that I didn't need to remove the hair and I asked a lot to be careful not to hurt a mole that she has on her back. I received my dog with a snout and bruised ears, a wart bleeding and almost severed. In addition, they still charged me more than agreed, and no one can explain why. For all these reasons, I would like to change the name of the establishment from Divino Pet to Pet in Hell, which is much more appropriate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um bichinho de pelúcia na Divino Pet (brinquedo feito e vendido para pets). Com 5 dias de uso pela minha shitzu, que pesa 4,5 quilos, é pequena, o brinquedo descosturou. Levei ate a loja, acreditando que teriam o bom senso de trocar. Mas não! Alegaram que o brinquedo não podia ser mordido (o brinquedo é feito para cachorros) e que sem a etiqueta ela não poderia devolver ao fabricante. Entramos em contato diretamente com a proprietária e ela não se dispôs a trocar e foi mal educada. Segundo ela, pelúcias para cachorro duram pouco (deviam ter avisado no momento da compra que o prazo de validade era de 5 dias). Se tratam assim os clientes, imagino os animais que são levados até lá!
I bought a stuffed animal at Divino Pet (toy made and sold for pets). With 5 days of use for my shitzu, which weighs 4.5 kilos, it is small, the toy has unraveled. I took it to the store, believing that they would have the good sense to change. But not! They claimed that the toy could not be bitten (the toy is made for dogs) and that without the tag it could not be returned to the manufacturer. We contacted the owner directly and she was not willing to change and was rude. According to her, dog plush toys last a short time (they should have warned at the time of purchase that the expiration date was 5 days). If customers are treated like this, I imagine the animals that are taken there!
