★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peço a alguns anos porém infelizmente irei parar de pedir por conta da demora para a entrega. Prazo de 1 hora que ultrapassa 2 horas. Na plataforma diz que já saiu pra entrega mas quando questionados a pizzaria diz que ainda não saiu. Um descaso com o cliente.
I've been asking for a few years but unfortunately I will stop ordering because of the delay in delivery. Time period of 1 hour that exceeds 2 hours. On the platform it says it's already out for delivery but when questioned the pizzeria says it hasn't left yet. A disregard for the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ INFELIZMENTE DEMORA MAIS DE 2H PRA ENTREGAR! No app diz que o prazo é 60min mas na realidade demoraram mais de 2h30 pra entregar, o estabelecimento fecha as 23h59 e a pizza vai chegar depois do fechamento! Amanhã levanto cedo, já é mais de meia noite e nada.
UNFORTUNATELY IT TAKES MORE THAN 2 HOURS TO DELIVER! In the app it says the deadline is 60min but in reality it took more than 2h30 to deliver, the establishment closes at 23:59 and the pizza will arrive after closing! I get up early tomorrow, it's past midnight and nothing.
