Acabei de ligar e o atendente Fabiano, um grosso, falei bom dia alem de nao responder, perguntou o que eu precisava e quando estava explicando simplesmente transfere a ligação me deixando falando sozinha, um absurdo o atendimento desse lugar, estou reclamando pois não é a primeira vez que acontece. imagine o atendimento pessoal então deve ser um horror, se preciso de informações é pela propria exigencia de vocês, então o minimo que espero é um atendimento educado.

I just called and the attendant Fabiano, a big one, I said good morning besides not answering, asked what I needed and when I was explaining simply transfer the call leaving me talking alone, absurd the attendance of this place, I'm complaining because it is not the first time it happens. imagine the personal service so it must be a horror, if I need information is by your own requirement, then the minimum I expect is a polite service.
