★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O estabelecimento é referência no mercado de piso Vinílico e laminado em Vitória. Já comprei lá algumas vezes há alguns anos. Atualmente tem preço acima do mercado de alguns pisos Vinílicos que procurei e me decepcionei com o último atendimento, em que fui tratado com desdém pela vendedora quando solicitei piso de baixo valor para uma demanda específica. Aquele típico atendimento capixaba em que o vendedor parece que está fazendo um favor em te atender. Saí de lá direto para a Leroy Merlin onde fui muito bem atendido a ponto de encontrar uma ótima solução para a minha demanda, solução esta que sequer foi cogitada pela vendedora da Divpiso. Detalhe, com valor do metro quadrado acima do que eu estava procurando, mas que excedeu minhas percepções iniciais do que eu precisava, enfim, recebi uma ótima consultoria de venda na Leroy, que nem é focada apenas em Vinílico. Fica aí a dica para os gestores da Divpiso treinarem melhor seus empregados.
The establishment is a reference in the Vinyl and laminate flooring market in Vitória. I've shopped there a few times a few years ago. It is currently priced above the market for some Vinyl floors that I looked for and was disappointed with the last service, in which I was treated with disdain by the seller when I requested low value flooring for a specific demand. That typical capixaba service where the salesperson seems to be doing you a favor by serving you. I left there straight to Leroy Merlin where I was very well attended to the point of finding a great solution for my demand, a solution that was not even considered by the Divpiso salesperson. Detail, with a square meter price above what I was looking for, but that exceeded my initial perceptions of what I needed, in short, I received a great sales consultancy at Leroy, which is not even focused only on Vinyl. Here's a tip for Divpiso managers to better train their employees.
