★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ODIEI, as atendentes de lá não falam português e gostam de zuar o cliente, uma delas chamada SALIM, chegou a botar fogo no meu cabelo com o isqueiro. Se puder vá no Duza que não tem essas palhaçadas. No meio do cabelo, onde a gente não vê elas fazem o que querem, e param de atender, te deixam na cadeira para chamar outros clientes. A SALIM é uma péssima profissional.
I HATE it, the attendants there don't speak Portuguese and like to make fun of the customer, one of them called SALIM, even set my hair on fire with her lighter. If you can, go to Duza, which doesn't have these antics. In the middle of the hair, where we don't see them, they do what they want, and they stop answering, they leave you in the chair to call other customers. SALIM is a terrible professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid in advance and regret doing so. The worker told me the cornrows would take 1 1/2 hours max. And the hair ended up taking more than 3 HOURS!!! they even left my hair unattended for a whole hour because they were understaffed yet still kept on accepting other customers
