Tem um playgroung pequeno mas até dá para as criancas brincarem. Recomendaria a todos

Abrir uma hamburgueria não se trata apenas de fazer bons sanduíches, existe todo um processo antes e depois para garantir que a qualidade do hamburger, que deveria ser o grande diferencial, não se perca. Fiz um pedido pelo aplicativo próprio da hamburgueria que por si só já não tem uma UX boa. Após confirmado, recebi o prazo de 30-45 mins para entrega, achei razoável. Recebi o pedido 90 minutos depois e ao descer para pegar com o motoboy tive que aguardar mais 10 minutos porque o mesmo não sabia nem quanto deveria me cobrar pelo pedido. Como já era de se imaginar, o pedido chegou frio, com batatas muxibentas e o refrigerante a temperatura ambiente, afinal, não há refeição que mantenha o mesmo padrão 100 minutos após o preparo. Mas o pior ainda está por vir… além de um dos sanduíches ter vindo com ingredientes faltando, a carne de ambos, que estava bem além do ponto (mesmo sem o nosso gosto ter sido consultado previamente), GARANTIDAMENTE eh de qualidade duvidosa. Conheço muitas hamburguerias em BH, sou consumidor assíduo desse prato, e sou enfático em afirmar que esse é o pior blend que já experimentei. Enfim… a receita tinha potencial para se destacar, tanto que foi o que mais me chamou atenção no cardápio do burger fest, mas como já dito anteriormente, uma hamburgueria não pode viver apenas de boas receitas. Existe toda uma cadeia de processos iniciais como a escolha correta da qualidade dos ingredientes, processos durante certificando o preparo com todos os detalhes, como o ponto da carne e a colocação de TODOS os ingredientes, e depois com uma logística eficiente para que o prato chegue o mais próximo do idealizado ao cliente final. NÃO RECOMENDO!
TERRIBLE experience! Opening a hamburger shop is not just about making good sandwiches, there is a whole before-and-after process to ensure that the quality of the hamburger, which should be the big difference, is not lost. I made a request for the hamburger shop's own app, which by itself no longer has a good UX. After confirmed, I received a deadline of 30-45 mins for delivery, I thought it was reasonable. I received the order 90 minutes later and when I went down to pick up the courier I had to wait another 10 minutes because he didn't even know how much he should charge me for the order. I know many hamburgers in Belo Horizonte, I am a frequent consumer of this dish, and I am emphatic in saying that this is the worst blend I have ever tried. Anyway… the recipe had the potential to stand out, so much so that it was the one that caught my attention the most on the burger fest menu, but as I said before, a hamburger cannot live only on good recipes. There is a whole chain of initial processes such as choosing the correct quality of ingredients, processes during certifying the preparation with all the details, such as the timing of the meat and the placement of ALL ingredients, and then with efficient logistics for the dish to arrive the closest to the ideal for the end customer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

-Hamburguer suculento, grande e bem recheado. Mini churros muito gostoso. Chegou bem quente, muito bem organizado e embalado e a entrega foi bem rápida.
PONTOS NEGATIVOS:
Batata muito salgada, bacon poderia estar mais crocante e o ponto da carne não veio como o solicitado.
