Ele condenou quase tudo, não consegui acertar as regulagens e o pior de tudo,riscou o quadro novo e ainda antes de sair da loja disse que foi eu quem riscou,dizendo que ele não teria o por que de fazer isso. E eu tenho? Agora não quer assumir o prejuízo. Lugar boqueta

Venho por meio desta informar que está loja está sob nova direção desde de 20/08/2019, com uma proposta de oferecer atendimento, vendas de peças novas, bicicletas novas e serviços de manutenção, tudo isso com total qualidade e respeito ao cliente, proprietário de outras loja em Mauá com 28 anos de Tradição a Dks Bike não pode manter vínculo com o antigo administrador por vários motivos.... nos de a oportunidade de mudar este quadro de reclamações que aqui estavam.... Fiquem com Deus e até uma oportunidade...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tivesse 1000 estrelas aqui eu daria todas. Levei minha Oggi Float 5.0 para montagem e o serviço foi top. O Anderson montou a bike com todo o capricho e me deu toda a atenção, explicando cada recurso dela. Sem falar que o preço foi super justo. Só tenho a agradecer.
If I had 1000 stars here I would give them all. I took my Oggi Float 5.0 for assembly and the service was top. Anderson rode the bike very carefully and gave me all the attention, explaining every feature of it. Not to mention the price was super fair. I just have to thank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O melhor atendimento que tive na vida! Atendimento humanizado! O Leo é fantástico, sempre pronto pra ajudar, sempre tive problemas em encontrar pneus para minha cadeira de rodas, e sempre quando furava era uma loucura pra achar um lugar com a boa vontade de mexer na roda da cadeira.
Se vc quer um atendimento especializado e humano é aqui que vc deve trazer a sua bike!!!
The best service I've had in my life! Humanized service! Leo is fantastic, always ready to help, I've always had problems finding tires for my wheelchair, and when I got a puncture it was crazy to find a place with the willingness to move the wheelchair's wheel.
If you want a specialized and human service, this is where you should bring your bike!!!
