★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz as troca dos amortecedores e molas do meu veículo ficou perfeito pois os mesmos já estava danificados deixando o carro inclinado para um lado e comendo todo a borda do pneu problema resolvido indico muito DM centro automotivos serviço de qualidade sem querer enrola o cliente empurrando peças sem necessidade estão de parabéns,?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 21/07 levei meu veículo para fazer diagnóstico dos problemas que eu me queixava.
Cujo o “Rafael” me atendeu e andamos com o carro e a minha principal queixa era o barulho do câmbio… de prontidão com a “experiência” dele, ele me falou que Com Certeza era a “Coroa e pinhão e rolamentos” e trocando essas peças e fazendo uma revisão, o câmbio iria ficar zerado e não teria mais barulho…
Autorizei a mexerem no veículo para “resolver” esse problema do câmbio, no qual após desmontarem me mandaram os vídeos e no dia seguinte me ligaram e falaram que meu câmbio já havia sido “Retificado” e talvez iria ficar um barulho pouco perceptível… (Confiei, afinal sou cliente e não o “profissional” responsável pelo serviço).
E no dia 26/07 fui buscar , porém no caminho de volta para casa notei um barulho no qual a, apertar a embreagem o barulho sumia e soltar a embreagem o barulho voltava…
E então começa a experiência ruim com o pós serviço…
E desde a minha queixa e após muita insistência resolveram trocar a embreagem, e não solucionou o problema que ao ( acionar a embreagem o barulho sumia e ao soltar o barulho voltava) e então passaram a colocar problema no meu motor falando que o barulho era de lá, e não tinha nada haver com embreagem e câmbio…
E o resumo de tudo, o mesmo barulho do câmbio que eu me queixava Antes de deixar meu veículo lá, Continuou após eles “realizarem o serviço… e todas as minhas visitas a essa “oficina” fazem pouco caso e esse esquivam do real problema e criam outro… até tem a cara de pau de falar que é normal esse barulho do câmbio “é característica desse câmbio fazer esse barulho” (palavras do mecânico “leo”) então literalmente eu joguei dinheiro fora pra continuar exatamente do mesmo jeito que estava antes… incompetência total e muita falta de profissionalismo da parte geral dessa “oficina”
NÃO RECOMENDO DE JEITO NENHUM!
On 07/21 I took my vehicle to diagnose the problems I was complaining about.
Whose "Rafael" attended me and we drove the car and my main complaint was the noise of the gearshift... in readiness with his "experience", he told me that Surely it was the "Crown and pinion and bearings" and changing these parts and doing a review, the gear would be zeroed and there would be no more noise...
I authorized the vehicle to be tampered with to "solve" this gearbox problem, in which after dismounting they sent me the videos and the next day they called me and said that my gearshift had already been "rectified" and maybe there would be a little noticeable noise... (I trusted , after all I am a customer and not the “professional” responsible for the service).
And on 7/26 I went to pick it up, but on the way back home I noticed a noise in which, pressing the clutch, the noise disappeared and releasing the clutch, the noise returned…
And then the bad after-service experience begins…
And since my complaint and after a lot of insistence, they decided to change the clutch, and it did not solve the problem that when (activating the clutch, the noise disappeared and when the noise came back) and then they started to put a problem in my engine saying that the noise was of there, and it had nothing to do with the clutch and gear...
And the summary of it all, the same exchange noise that I was complaining about Before leaving my vehicle there, It continued after they "performed the service... and all my visits to this "workshop" make light of it and this evades the real problem and they create another... they even have the nerve to say that this noise on the gearshift is normal "it is characteristic of this gearbox to make this noise" (words by the mechanic "leo") so I literally threw money away to continue exactly the same way it was before ... total incompetence and a lot of lack of professionalism on the part of this "workshop"
I DON'T RECOMMEND IT AT ALL!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente serviço, indico a todos. Pq é um lugar limpo, que é ótimo, ainda mais com a pandemia. Vc é bem tratado de todas forma, da limpeza, cafezinho, funcionários que se tornam amigos. Mandam tudo pra vc pelo WhatsApp, principalmente se vc não pode acompanhar. Vc deixa seu carro seguro. Sem medo. O marido pode levar sua esposa ou filho sem medo de palavrões, pq são todos muito especiais. Trabalham com que gosta, pq só trata todos bem quando se trabalha com que gosta. Obs: MUITO RESPEITO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelentes profissionais, cheguei com o carro com avaliação de outro mecânico que tinha condenando o câmbio do meu carro, fizeram um trabalho incrível, desmontando todo o câmbio e apenas trocando peças necessária.
Gastei menos que a metade do mecânico anterior.
Pessoal super profissional e educado passaram a cada etapada do carro. Super recomendo preço e serviços melhores da região. Muito obrigado a toda equipe pela paciência.
