★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A minha experiência com a DM imóveis foi a pior possível!! Não recomendo em nenhuma hipótese. Vejam só o que aconteceu comigo: tentei aluguar um apartamento com certas condições (água, gas e outras inclusas no condomínio), tudo informado pelo corretor da empresa (na verdade é meio que "parceiro"... Sei lá se isso é legal perante ao CRECI). Quando vou efetivar o contrato, me faltaram que houve erro de comunicação interna e que as características das tarifas inclusas no condomínio estavam equivocadas. Desisti de outro imóvel para ficar com esse da DM e me lasquei. Além disso, tive que pagar uma conta de luz atrasada do antigo locatário... Enfim, um ultraje!! O CRECI deveria se atentar sobre o que os "corretores" e "imobiliárias" estão fazendo por aí, é realmente lamentável passar por situações assim. No final, fiquei no prejuízo... Sem locação, que era meu objetivo. RESUMO: fujam dessa imobiliária!!!!!
My experience with the DM real estate was the worst possible !! I do not recommend it at all. Look what happened to me: I tried to rent an apartment with certain conditions (water, gas and others included in the condominium), all informed by the broker of the company (actually it's kind of "partner" ... I know if this is legal before to the CRECI). When I am going to carry out the contract, I have been missing an internal communication error and the characteristics of the rates included in the condominium were wrong. I gave up another property to stay with the MD and I got sick. Also, I had to pay a late bill from the old renter ... Anyway, an outrage !! The CRECI should pay attention to what the "brokers" and "real estate" are doing out there, it is really unfortunate to go through situations like this. In the end, I was at the loss ... No lease, that was my goal. ABSTRACT: Flee this real estate !!!!!
