Não pediu pra deixar e fazer orçamento, coisa que quase todos da área fazem. Também não quiz cobrar pelo serviço. Insisti em deixar o valor pelo serviço que relutantemente aceitou. Profissional à moda antiga. Muito competente! Recomento fortemente.
I was impressed! I took my old printer that made a loud noise when printing. Mr. Durval opened the printer in front of me, untwisted a cable and... that's it. Sorted out. He didn't ask to leave and make a budget, something that almost everyone in the area does. I also didn't want to charge for the service. I insisted on leaving the value for the service he reluctantly accepted. Old-fashioned professional. Very competent! I strongly recommend it.
