Total falta de comprometimento com o cliente.
Há cerca de 30 dias fui ao estabelecimento para encomendar um banco para minha moto e já deixei o produto PAGO, onde o atendente Maurício me informou que o produto chegaria dentro de 3 à 7 dias, passando o prazo de 7 dias da chegada do produto, entrei em contato, onde fui informado que o produto ainda não tinha chegado, passando cerca de mais 15 dias, entrei em contato novamente e os responsáveis inventaram mais desculpas para dizer o produto não tinha chegado, hoje liguei no estabelecimento e eles me informaram que devolveriam meu dinheiro e que não poderiam fazer mais nada, ou seja me enrolaram por mais ou menos 1 mês pra dizer que não podem fazer nada e devolver meu dinheiro.
Não indico para ninguém, péssimo comprometimento com cliente!

Not for anyone, bad customer commitment!
