★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido domingo por volta de 23:30 meu pedido chegou após 40 minutos,abri a embalagem do lanche e logo vi aquela carne vermelha,mal passada,crua por dentro.Entrei em contato pelo WhatsApp e me informaram que poderia resolver porém só no dia seguinte,pediram pra que eu guardasse o lanche até o dia seguinte que eles iriam recolher e entregar outro,até ai OK! Ms o cliente chegar cansado e com fome do trabalho ter que esperar até o outro dia a noite pro restaurante resolver o ocorrido é o cúmulo!!! Não responderam as msgs de imediato,fiquei super insatisfeita.Não é assim que se trata um cliente. QUESTIONEI ainda pro atendente que se dizia ser o dono que fazer as coisas na pressa pra poder fechar e ir embora não é legal,porque até ingredientes faltaram no meu lanche fora a carne horrível!!!
I placed an order on Sunday around 11:30 pm my order arrived after 40 minutes, I opened the snack package and soon saw that red meat, rare, raw inside. next day, they asked me to save the snack until the next day, when they would collect and deliver another one, until then OK! But the customer arrives tired and hungry from work having to wait until the next night for the restaurant to resolve what happened is the culmination!!! They didn't respond to messages right away, I was super dissatisfied. That's not how a customer is treated. I also asked the attendant who said he was the owner that doing things in a hurry to be able to close and leave is not cool, because even ingredients were missing in my snack apart from the horrible meat!!!
