o primeiro contato foi bom , porém recebi a nota do produto sem os boletos fiz a solicitação dos mesmos com 16 dias de antecedência pelo email contido na NF e mesmo assim não os recebi, cinco dias após o vencimento dos boletos foi enviado um email com aviso se não pagasse iriam me protestar.
mas me pergunto como pagar sem boleto??
fui super mal atendida e a única coisa que a funcionária me disse foi ou paga ou vai ser protestado pois não posso fazer nada quanto ao juros ok.
Good afternoon
the first contact was good, however i received the product note without the slips I made the request of them with 16 days in advance by the email contained in the NF and even so i did not receive them, five days after the slips expired an email was sent with notice if I didn't pay they would protest me.
but I wonder how to pay without boleto ??
I was super poorly attended and the only thing the employee told me was either paid or will be protested because I can't do anything about the interest ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui comprar estava tudo anotado mostrei ao vendedor o que o meu eletricista tinha pedido eu por não entender preferi mostrar para que ele que vende visse o que eu precisava por fim o cara me deu tudo errado fora a demora no atendimento e a burocracia e sem contar que a nota fiscal não saia demorou 40 minutos ,enfim não recomendo .
