★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acredito que seja a empresa mais lucrativa de todo o Recife pq se tem uma coisa que eles não querem é vender. Não estão nem um pouco preocupados em ajudar o cliente, muito pelo contrário, se você quiser se sentir fazendo um favor para a empresa ao invés de se sentir um cliente necessário, essa com certeza é a empresa certa. Tive uma péssima experiência com eles, principalmente com o dono Keler, acho que nunca fui tão mal atendida por um fornecedor, super grosseiro e ríspido. Espero realmente que eles melhorem pq se você não gosta de trabalhar lidando com pessoas, com o ser humano, você sem dúvidas está no ramo errado. Infelizmente não consigo dar menos que 1 estrela, se pudesse, certamente eu faria.
I believe it is the most profitable company in all of Recife because if there is one thing they don't want to sell. They are not at all concerned with helping the customer, quite the contrary, if you want to feel yourself doing the company a favor instead of feeling like a necessary customer, this is certainly the right company. I had a bad experience with them, especially with the owner Keler, I think I have never been so badly served by a supplier, super rude and harsh. I really hope they get better because if you don't like working with people, with human beings, you are undoubtedly in the wrong business. Unfortunately I can't give less than 1 star, if I could, I certainly would.

Em 1 hora fizemos toda a negociação e recebimento do produto, no meu caso optei pela entrega por um motoboy. A sacola é de uma ótima qualidade e preço justo. Super recomendo. Com certeza vou comprar novamente com eles.
It was a great experience. I was very well attended by Mr Aluísio and very agile. In 1 hour we did all the negotiation and receipt of the product, in my case I opted for delivery by a courier. The bag is of great quality and fair price. I highly recommend it. I will definitely buy from them again.
