★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O corretor agendou 2 apartamentos para visita e além de me deixar esperando por 1 hora e 20 minutos, quando resolveu retornar a ligação para dizer q não ia me mostrar mais o apartamento disse q eu posso gostar do apartamento e não poder comprar. Quem é essa pessoa para julgar o q posso ou não fazer? Pra piorar ainda disse q os proprietários não querem q eu faça financiamentos pq querem o dinheiro à vista. Como assim? Que tipo de amadorismo é esse??? Liguei para falar com o gerente do corretor Verediano e ele não me deu a menor satisfação. Não recomendo esta imobiliária! Sem profissionalismo. Péssimo corretor.

I called to speak with the manager of the Veredian broker and he gave me no satisfaction. I do not recommend this real estate! Without professionalism. Bad broker.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiro liguei e marquei uma reunião com uma corretora em meu estabelecimento, q se encontra a 5 minutos da imobiliária, e mandaram outro corretor porque eu liguei para saber o que tinha acontecido com a reunião que havia marcado, já que tinha informado que tinha compromisso. E tô aguardando a quase um mês resposta desse corretor q falou q ia me ligar, não ligou! E pedir alguma documentação. Só acho q foi descaso, falta de profissionalismo e se pudesse daria nenhuma estrela. Agora entendi o pq da nota 3.4 de avaliação. Péssimo atendimento ao cliente!

And I'm waiting for almost a month response from that broker who said he was going to call me, he didn't! And ask for some documentation. I just think it was neglect, lack of professionalism and if I could I would give no stars. Now I understand the reason for the evaluation note 3.4. Bad customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fujam da DNA imóveis! Eles "roubam" o seu telefone de outras imobiliárias e ficam importunando fazendo milhões de ligações para tentar cadastrar o seu imóvel. Ficam mandando mensagens para mim e para outros parentes (que nem são donos do imóvel). Após diversas ligações e mensagens com o mesmo texto decorado "tenho dois clientes interessados em seu imóvel", que eu nem respondia mais, um dos corretores que se dizia gerente da DNA fez um desaforo via WhatsApp. Se o nível de educação e invasão de privacidade de um gerente é assim imagina o dos corretores! Lamentável.
Escape from DNA real estate! They "steal" your phone from other real estate agencies and are pestering you by making millions of calls to try to register your property. They keep texting me and other relatives (who don't even own the property). After several calls and messages with the same decorated text "I have two clients interested in your property", which I didn't even answer anymore, one of the brokers who claimed to be DNA manager made an insult via WhatsApp. If the level of education and invasion of privacy of a manager is like that, imagine that of brokers! Unfortunate.
