★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todas as vezes demorou muito. O lugar é vazio e ainda sim demorou demais, quase uma hora pra ser atendida. A recepção não é boa. Sai ainda com o braço roxo, eu e meu marido. A da Pituba e a do território do acre tem o atendimento mil vezes melhor.
Each time it took too long. The place is empty and yet it took too long, almost an hour to be attended. Reception is not good. She still comes out with the purple arm, me and my husband. Pituba's and Acre's have the service a thousand times better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles anunciaram o exame do Covid PCR com prazo de 2 dias, eu comprei, paguei R$ 300,00, deixei de fazer pelo plano de saúde e agora eles me disseram que o resultado iria atrasar por quase 2 dias a mais. É um absurdo a falta de respeito com o cliente.
They announced the Covid PCR exam within 2 days, I bought it, I paid R $ 300.00, I stopped doing it for the health plan and now they told me that the result would be delayed by almost 2 more days. It is absurd to lack respect for the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível! 1h pra fazer um exame PCR de covid no drive thru do Itaigara. Apenas 3 carros e todo esse tempo espera no sol, gastando combustível. Sem nenhuma informação do motivo da demora. Poderia ter ido em outro local que seria melhor tratado.
NÃO RECOMENDO!
Horrible! 1h to do a PCR exam of covid in the drive thru of Itaigara. Only 3 cars and all that time waits in the sun, wasting fuel. Without any information on the reason for the delay. Could have gone elsewhere that would have been better treated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei as 09:15 horas sem horário marcado e fui excelentemente atendido. Equipe muito comprometida. Ainda tomei um capuchino na saída. Melhor laboratório que fui atendido em toda a minha vida. Achei espantoso depois de ter lido algumas críticas aqui, ser tão bem tratado.
I arrived at 9:15 am without an appointment and was excellently attended. Very committed team. I even had a cappuccino on the way out. Best lab I've been to in my entire life. I found it amazing after reading some reviews here to be treated so well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ontem fazer um exame de COVID e deixei mais do que claro, além de ter ligado antes de ir e reforçado o pedido, preciso do resultado em 24h pois precisava entrar no hospital para acompanhar a minha avó. Hoje, 24h depois me foi informado que na verdade, o resultado sai em 1 dia útil, e apenas no final do dia. Falei com 3 pessoas diferentes, que me garantiram o prazo e nada. Liguei inúmeras vezes para pedir uma prioridade e nada. EXISTEM OUTROS LABORATÓRIOS MAIS COMPROMETIDOS. NÃO FAÇAM NADA NO DNA.
I went yesterday for a COVID exam and I made it more than clear, in addition to having called before I went and reinforced the request, I need the result in 24 hours because I needed to enter the hospital to accompany my grandmother. Today, 24 hours later, I was informed that, in fact, the result comes out in 1 business day, and only at the end of the day. I spoke to 3 different people, who assured me the deadline and nothing. I called numerous times to ask for a priority and nothing. THERE ARE OTHER LABORATORIES MORE COMMITTED. DO NOT DO ANYTHING IN THE DNA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito mal atendida ao fazer o teste PCR-RT para Covid. Para começar, no site do laboratório informa que o atendimento começa às 6h30. Cheguei neste horário, já havia outras pessoas, mas fui informada na portaria que o expediente começaria às 7h. Tive que me virar pra poder estacionar o carro, já que o estacionamento estava também fechado.
No site também informava que era preciso fazer um cadastro e agendar o dia e horário para fazer o teste e pagar antecipadamente. Mas, para minha surpresa, tive que fazer o cadastro novamente de forma presencial com a recepcionista - o que levou uns 15 minutos - e o pagamento não constava no sistema. Demorou mais outros 15 minutos para a recepcionista ligar para algum funcionário, talvez do departamento de TI, para confirmar o pagamento. Enquanto isso, começava a chegar mais gente na sala da recepção.
Ora se o sistema não funciona, por que fazer o cadastro digital?
Apesar de todo esse contratempo, não recebi nem um pedido de desculpas por parte dos funcionários.
I was very poorly attended to when doing the PCR-RT test for Covid. For starters, on the laboratory's website it says that service starts at 6:30 am. I arrived at this time, there were already other people, but I was informed at the concierge that the office would start at 7 am. I had to turn around to park the car, since the parking lot was also closed.
The website also informed that it was necessary to register and schedule the day and time to take the test and pay in advance. But, to my surprise, I had to register again in person with the receptionist - which took about 15 minutes - and the payment was not on the system. It took another 15 minutes for the receptionist to call an employee, perhaps from the IT department, to confirm the payment. Meanwhile, more people began to arrive in the reception room.
Now if the system doesn't work, why do the digital registration?
Despite all this setback, I didn't even receive an apology from the staff.
